INTEGRATED REMOTE-CONTROLLER HAVING UPDATED FUNCTION OF REMOTE-CONTROLLER CODE

PURPOSE: An integrated remote-controller having an updated function of a remote-controller code is provided to provide various remote controlling function and download a remote-controller code of a brand new electronic appliance. CONSTITUTION: A remote-controller code transmitting unit(10) transmits a remote-controller code wirelessly to remotely control a corresponding electronic appliance. A key matrix unit(12) directly selects a basic remote control command allocated by keys and transmits it to the remote-controller code transmitting unit(10). A rotary encoder switch(14) scrolls up or down the remote control commands on a screen to select various remote control commands. A selection key(16) selects a remote control command displayed after being scrolled up or down according to the manipulation of the rotary encoder switch(14) and transmits it to the remote-controller code transmitting unit(10). An LCD display unit(18) scrolls up or down the remote-controller code control commands sequentially according to the rotary encoder switch(14) so as to be displayed on the screen. A memory(20) stores a character code for the remote-controller code and the control command of the remote-controller. A communication interface(22) interfaces the remote-controller code that is transmitted and received.
