DEVICE FOR VIBRATING METAL MOLD FOR MOLDING CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A vibrator of metal mold for molding a concrete is provided to minimize interference by a vibration generated from a vibration generator and to prevent a damage in a combining portion at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A transferring bar(36) is located on a upper side of a vibrating plate(24) by a wheel(35) rotated on a rail(34), and a vibrator of metal mold for molding a concrete is expanded by supplying air into an inside of an air spring bag(23). A fixing pin(33) is inserted inside a hole formed in a lower face of a metal mold(M) by lifting the vibrating plate(24) according to the expansion of the air spring bag(23). The metal mold is maintained a fixed state. Each vibrating plate(24) is lifted at the same height by lifting sliding members(29)(30) inside slide blocks(31)(32) combined inside a pillar(21). When an appropriate concrete is inserted inside a cavity(C) formed inside the metal mold(M) with a separated inserting device of concrete, a vibration generator of high frequency(26) and vibration generators of low frequency(27)(28) generate a high frequency over 6000rpm and a low frequency of 3200-3800rpm. A vibration is directly transferred to the metal mold(M) by vibrating the vibrating plate(24) with the frequencies. The concrete filled inside the cavity(C) is hardened.
