PURPOSE: A self propelled vehicle having radially arranged wheels is provided to allow a continued travel even when the vehicle is overturned while radially arranging wheels and positioning components of the vehicle in an internal space of a blade axis. CONSTITUTION: A self propelled vehicle comprises a cylindrical frame(10) positioned from a front toward a rear end of the vehicle, a trapezoid wing axis(20) radially arranged in four to six columns around the frame(10), a belt-type wheel(27) surrounding an auxiliary pulley(26) and a driving pulley(25) arranged around the wing axis(20), the wheel(27) passing through the frame(10), a power device, a remote controller, a driving motor(24), a compass, a level gage arranged in the internal space of the axis(20), and a camera(11) mounted to the external surface of the frame(10).
