PURPOSE: A device for loading a transmission is provided to automatically load a heavy transmission conveyed by a conveyer belt in a standing state to secure on an engine by having an element for converting a position of the transmission, thereby improving workability and productivity while preventing accidents. CONSTITUTION: A device for loading a transmission includes a clamping element(11) for supporting a transmission conveyed via a conveying line of a conveyer belt in a standing state, a moving element mounted at one side of the conveying line of the conveyer belt for moving the clamped transmission in horizontal and vertical directions, a position determining element mounted at both sides of the conveyer belt for moving the clamping element to a clamping position to precisely hold the transmission, a rotation element for rotating the clamped transmission downward at a predetermined angle to secure on an engine, and a control element for controlling operations of the respective components to load and rotate the transmission to be secured on the engine, wherein the moving element includes a main base(21) vertically mounted at one side of the conveyer belt, a supporting die(22) horizontally mounted at an uppermost end part of the main base, a first cylinder(23) installed with a piston(23a), a guider(24) in the shape of rod on the supporting die, horizontal and vertical moving parts(25,26), and a second cylinder(27) installed with a second cylinder(27a).
