PURPOSE: A realtime advertizing method for issuing civil affair documents by Internet is provided so that a member can receive various civil affair documents through Internet as well as substitute the issuance cost by watching some advertizement. CONSTITUTION: A realtime advertizing method for issuing civil affair documents by Internet includes the procedures: When a member logs in, an input window where information for civil affair documents is input by the member is displayed through a web browser(S13). An advertizement is transferred to the member in realtime while the requested civil affair documents are searched(S16). If the member clicks the advertizement, the contents in the advertizement is transferred and displayed on a monitor then the click information is recorded and accumulated in a member managing database(S18). After the advertizement finished, the searched documents are transferred to the member and the issuance fee is converted by the click points or settled by payment means.
