PURPOSE: An opener for socket of burn-in board is to variably change the socket pitch of the burn-in board made different depending on package types for semiconductor chips. CONSTITUTION: An opener for socket of burn-in board comprises a socket pushing plate(3) arranged in parallel; a first and second link part(7,7') respectively established at both sides of each socket pushing plate, for connecting the socket pushing plates to each other; a pitch control plate(2) closely contacted with the first link part, for applying a power to the first link part; a pitch control reference plate(10) closely contaced with the second link part; a pitch control bar(1,1') screwed with the pitch control plate, for moving the pitch control plate toward the first and second link part; and a bolt(11) for preventing the socket pushing plate from being moved.
