PURPOSE: A method for realizing an intelligent security client/server system for transaction security is provided to perform the security for selective transactions by using existing application programs. CONSTITUTION: A method for realizing an intelligent security client/server system for transaction security comprises the following steps. A security rule(3) is defined. The security rule is transmitted to a security server(2) and a security client(1) installed at a user system. According to the security rule, a coding and decoding and an electronic signature for transactions transmitted from a web browser to a web server or from the web server to the web browser are selectively performed and a report for receipt confirmation is generated and transmitted. Each transaction is stored into the user system and a web server system.
