PURPOSE: An exhaust gas purifier for purifying gas exhausted from an internal combustion engine is provided to achieve an improved purification performance while utilizing a plated catalyst metal and allowing the exhaust gas to have a wide contact area with a porous combustion tube. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas purifier(10) which is screw-coupled by a coupling element(16) between an exhaust portion of an engine and an exhauster comprises a plurality of porous combustion tubes (11) having a plurality of gas flow holes(12), the combustion tubes(11) being arranged at both supporting members(13) at a regular space. Thus, the exhaust gas has a wide contact area porous combustion tubes(11), thereby obtaining an improved combustion efficiency of gas.
