PURPOSE: An apparatus for landscape using mobile communication or internet is proposed to enable a user to see a desired place. CONSTITUTION: A user who wants to get a service takes a screen and a speaker and wears gloves or clothes to receive impact in order to feel sense. A screen device is like a TV for user to see scenery. The user puts on helmet adhered by a screen device used in virtual reality device. A camera of a service provider can see all directions of 360 degree of left and right, or up and down, and a user can see wanted position by moving his neck to the left or right, and up or down. The user can see the wanted position using other device like joystick instead of moving his head. The service provider makes a user with account enter, and the camera is placed on a specific site or brought with the provider. Sound is inputted using microphone, and sense or impact is inputted using a device to receive and input the user's sense or impact. The inputted data is transmitted to users with account using wireless internet or communication through protocol.
