PURPOSE: An internet video banner is provided to supply banner advertisements with sound and movement, much like ordinary TV CF advertisements, saved in the form of a video file and to eliminate the duplication of sounds of multiple video file banners through control. CONSTITUTION: An internet video banner is composed of creation of video file and elimination of noises. Banner advertisement is created in the form of a video file that includes sound, which is activated only when the mouse is placed on the banner to eliminate noises caused by duplicated sounds.
