METHOD FOR RECEIVING RADIO BROADCASTING IN PORTABLE PHONE INSERTING RADIO RECEIVER

PURPOSE: A method for receiving radio broadcasting in portable phone inserting radio receiver is provided to listen a necessary news or music through a portable phone by always listening a radio broadcasting when the portable phone is not operated as a telephone function. CONSTITUTION: If a receiving function of a radio broadcasting is selected through a key input unit(305), a control unit converts a current mode into a receiving mode of the radio broadcasting(307). If a user performs a key input according to a broadcasting tuning through a key composed in the key input unit(309), the control unit tunes a broadcasting according to the key input by a control of a tuning of a radio tuner to receive the tuned radio broadcasting through a radio antenna and outputs the radio broadcasting to an earphone through an amplifying circuit(311). If a terminating call is received during a receipt of the radio broadcasting(303), and the control unit converts the receiving mode of the radio broadcasting into a telephone mode(315). If a stop key of a broadcasting receipt is inputted through the key input unit, the control unit converts the receiving mode of the radio broadcasting into the telephone mode to control an operation as a stand-by mode(333).
