PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting capability of a packing sleeve and in some cases to thereby reduce cost for mounting of the packing sleeve. SOLUTION: At least one projection 22 projecting into an intermediate space Z between an inner pipe 10 and an outer pipe 20 is attached to the inner pipe 10 as an opposite locking means, the projection being secured to the wall 21 of the inner pipe 10. A sleeve side locking means is formed by a notch 23 being open to the inner peripheral surface 19 of a packing sleeve 13 and accommodating the projection 22. |
