PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises caused by vibration of a diaphragm in an electromagnetic diaphragm pump. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic diaphragm pump of this type has such specification as to satisfy the following formula, Vo=1.3 to 2.2 Va where Vo denotes capacity of a valve case main body partitioned by a diaphragm, and Vd denotes a total displacement capacity of the diaphragm caused by the vibration of a vibrator. The valve case main body used for the electromagnetic diaphragm pump is made of material having resin as matrix and specific gravity of 1.6 or more.
