PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose rim that can be applied to normal tires, etc., as well as to improve the roll-off resistance in running with the flat tires, while maintaining easiness of rim installation. SOLUTION: A drop center rim has a rim seat 3 with a taper of 5 deg.. On the rim seat 3, a hump 4 which is located on the well portion side and protrudes from the rim seat 3 outwardly in radial direction is provided. The hump 4 has a maximum height portion 10, in which a height H of the hump which protrudes from the rim seat 3 achieves a maximum value H1 in the outer side of a center position N on the hump 4 in the direction of tire axis.
