PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a pitch of folded sheets according to a next process by providing a gear train which is selectively changed by remote control to form a plurality of gear ratios, between a gear rotating interlocking with web running drive of a folding machine and a gear for driving a paper discharge conveyer for transporting the folded sheets discharged from the folding machine. SOLUTION: When an air cylinder 26 of a gear moving device 29 is shrunken or expanded and a gear 15 and a gear 23, or a gear 16 and a gear 24 are inter- engaged, a rotating force from a driving gear 11 directly driven from a folding machine is transmitted to a driven shaft 21 through an intermediate gear 14, the gear 15, and the gear 23, or the intermediate gear 14, the gear 16, and the gear 24. In addition, the rotating force transmitted to the driven shaft 21 is transmitted from a sprocket 19 fixed to the tip of the driven shaft 21 to a chain 30, and a sprocket 32 to rotate a conveyer driving shaft 31 having the fixed sprocket 32. In this structure, a wound belt of a paper discharge conveyer can be run at a prescribed speed (low speed) or another speed (high speed).
