PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make theft difficult while starting an engine, and prevent a theft by separating each electric system of a starting mechanism and an operating mechanism, and providing a control mechanism for controlling start and opera tion with intentions of a driver and an operator in both electric systems. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle engine, a circuit between an ignition coil (C) and CDI (B), a circuit between the CDI (B) and current generating and breaking part (A), and a part of a starter motor connecting circuit are constituted as an individual circuit, and are connected or assembled to/with an ignition switch (D). An ignition key is inserted into the ignition switch (D) to turn on a circuit (an other circuit and a normal circuit). On the other hand, the ignition key is removed from the ignition switched (D) to turned off the circuit. Even if a battery is directly connected to a starter motor, an engine is not started, and thereby, theft is prevented.
