PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a structure compact and to easily control the belt tension. SOLUTION: A first cam plate 60 is upwardly moved by the upward motion of an idle gear 65 or the operation of a first solenoid 58 by pulling-out a seat belt, whereby a gear unit is rotated in the direction of α about a first gear shaft 52. The external teeth 50a of a second power transmission gear are engaged with the external teeth 43d of a spring case 43, and a power transmission gear mechanism 13 is set on a first power transmitting passage comprising the first and second power transmission gears. Further by the operation of a second solenoid 59, a second cam plate 62 is rotated in the direction of β, whereby the gear unit is rotated in the direction of β. The external teeth 51b of a third power transmission gear are engaged with the external teeth 64a of a gear shaft 64, and the power transmission gear mechanism 13 is set on a second power transmission passage comprising the first and third power transmission gears. On this occasion, a motor is rotated in one direction in both cases. |
