PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the precision of production planning for the entire factory and manufacturing planning for each manufacturing line. SOLUTION: A production planning and manufacturing planning system is provided with a production planning planner 10 and a manufacturing planning scheduler 12. The production planning planner 10 drafts production planning for the entire factory. The manufacturing planning scheduler 12 drafts a manufacturing planning schedule for each manufacturing line based on the production planning for the entire factory. The production planning and the manufacturing planning are drafted in high precision compared with conventional production planning and manufacturing planning.
