PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indirectly and efficiently reform liquid fuel and to improve combustion efficiency by winding two conductive wires around a pipe core material composed of an insulating material, forming into a coil, and providing the coil having a DC circuit generating a zero magnetic field formed by eliminating with each other, near the liquid fuel fed to the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A coil body 3 is formed by winding two insulated conductive wires 2 around a tubular core material 1 composed of an insulating material such as vinyl chloride. An electric circuit is formed by connecting one ends sides of the conductive wires 2 and connecting a DC power source 4 and an electric resistance 5 between the other ends of the conductive wires 2. The coil body 3 has normal/inverse similar magnetic fields generated by the two conductive wires 2 so as to be eliminated with each other and to be a zero magnetic field. As a result, the liquid fuel can be indirectly and efficiently reformed and the combustion efficiency can be improved. When a case 6 superior in heat resistance and storing EM bacteria, bamboo charcoal, castor oil, etc., is provided in the circumference of the coil body 3, the liquid fuel can be further reformed.
