PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaerating agitator provided with not only deaerating agitating function but also centrifugal function of the soln. housed in a cup, and also capable of not only varying the rotation of the cup in driving and also preventing the vibration generated in driving. SOLUTION: In the device, a lower base 1 and an upper base 2 are connected by interposing a compression spring 3 on one side of both bases and an extension spring 4 on the other side, and also a motor 5 for revolution is mounted on the backsurface of the upper base, and a revolving arm 7 is mounted to protrude to the upper part of the upper base at a revolving shaft by using a rotary shaft of the motor 5 as a hollow revolving shaft 6, and the cup 8 housing the sample such as soln. to be subjected to deaeration or centrifugal separation is mounted freely rotatably on the revolving arm, and a rotating driving shaft 9 is made by housing projectingly the rotary shaft fixed so as to rotate integrally with the revolving shaft to projected from an arm for revolution at the inside of the revolving shaft, and also the roller 12 for rotating the cup by interposing a clutch 11 or without interposing the clutch is mounted at the tip part, and on the other hand, the device for controlling the rotation of the rotating driving shaft by detecting the rotation of the rotating driving shaft is disposed.
