PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make tableware after eating fermented soybeans readily washable and prevent the fermented soybeans from drying because the cooked rice and consistency of the fermented soybeans remain in a bowl after eating due to unique consistency of the fermented soybeans, much time is required for washing and the taste is deteriorated by drying when the fermented soybeans in a state thereof housed in a conventional housing case are placed in a refrigerator, or the like, and preserved. SOLUTION: A sheet 7 for laying on tableware together with fermented soybean is housed in a case 1 so that the sheet 7 can surely be taken out when eating the fermented soybeans. The sheet 7 is taken out and laid on a bowl and cooked rice is mixed with the fermented soybeans and eaten in the same manner as that of a conventional method. The sheet 7 is then discarded into a garbage box. Thereby, the cooked rice and the consistency of the fermented soybeans do not stick to the tableware. The washing becomes extremely easy. Problems about the sticking of the cooked rice and fermented soybeans to the sheet 7 are solved by soaking the sheet 7 with water and even problems about drying of the fermented soybeans are solved. |
