SOLUTION: The forming method for the levee on the farmland and the levee forming member are composed of at least an upper section 21 and side sections 22 continued to the upper section, and the impermeable levee forming members 20 with projecting sections 25, in which non-slips 24 are formed to upper surface and which are expanded in the horizontal direction from side sections at the lower ends of the side sections, and holding sections 26 extended at regular intervals in the extension direction of the side sections is arranged onto a partition borderline.
