PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the subject new substances produced in a culture solution of a specific microorganism which is a specified strain of an actinomyces, having an immunosuppressive activity and a cancer cell growth suppressing activity and useful as an immunosuppressive agent. SOLUTION: This compounds are represented by formula I (R is a group represented by formula II for the IC202A substance, a group represented by the formula CH2NO for the IC202B substance and a group represented by the formula CH=N-OH for the IC202C substance). For example, the IC202A substance has the following physicochemical properties: form: a hygroscopic white powder or a colorless candylike shape; molecular weight: 572 (according to an FAB mass spectrum); molecular formula: C27H52N6O7; solubility: soluble in water, methanol and DMSO, sparingly soluble in chloroform and ethyl acetate, etc. The compounds represented by formula I are produced by culturing a microorganism belonging to the genus Streptoalloteichus and capable of producing the compound represented by formula I [preferably Streptoalloteichus sp. 1454-19 strain (FERM P-16680)] and collecting the compounds represented by formula I from a culture solution thereof. Thereby, suppression, etc., of immunological rejection in organic transplantation can be expected.
