PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit with high accuracy, as well as to improve the fitting strength. SOLUTION: The shaft part 14 of a head part 11, and the hole part 17 of a shank part 2 are fitted by a shrinkage fitting. The peripheral surface 14a of the shaft part 14 is made into a taper surface with the inclination angleα1, and the inner peripheral surface 17a of the hole part 17 is made into a taper surface with the inclination angleα2, and they are made asα1>=α2. At a random shaft orthogonal section in the fitting condition, the outer diameter d1 of the peripheral surface 14a of the shaft part 14 is made larger than the inner diameter d2 of the inner peripheral surface 1 7a of the hole part 17, and the difference (d1-d2) is made as the fastening margine. Near the end face 14b of the inserted shaft part 14 is pressure contacted on the inner peripheral surface 17a of the hole part 17 in the shrinkage fitting time, to pull in the shaft part 14 in the hole part 17. When the inclined angle of the abutting surface 15 at the outer peripheral side of the shaft part 14 is madeβ1, and the inclined angle of the abutting surface 18 at the outer peripheral side of the hole part 17 is madeβ2, both members are presure contacted at the outer peripheral side adge part in the fitting time, by makingβ1<=β2. |
