SUBSTANCE: device is provided with two pressure converters made in form of differential pressure sensors with electric output. Converters are mounted by one normal relative to base plane of craft at fixed distance relative to each other. Device is provided with electronic converter and pipe located above pressure converter. Outlet of each of them is communicated with lower part of pipe. Other inlet of each of these pressure converters is communicated with atmosphere. Lower part of pipe is located near level of minimum static draft of craft and is communicated with sea water through throttle valve. Upper part of pipe is located near level of maximum static draft of craft and is communicated with atmosphere. Device may be provided with fixed or detachable insert and scale.
