PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic mushroom harvest device for automatically carrying out works for separating the mushrooms pulled out from a culture bottle in a state received in a growth guide from the growth guide and then carrying the separated mushrooms to the next process SOLUTION: This device for automatically harvesting mushrooms comprises guide cylinder-attached mushroom receivers 203, 204 for holding and receiving the outer periphery of a growth guide cylinder 2 attached to guide cylinder- attached mushrooms (b) pulled out from a culture bottle 1 to whose opening portion the upward expanded cylindrical growth guide 2 is attached, a push bar 209 for pushing up the mushrooms held in the growth guide cylinder 2 to separate the mushrooms from the growth guide cylinder 2, a mushroom- holding means 220 for holding the pushed mushrooms pushed up with the push bar 209, and a carrying means 221 for carrying the held mushrooms to the next process. The mushrooms held with the mushroom receivers 203, 204 are pushed up with the push bar 209, and then held with the mushroom-holding means 220. Then, the growth guide cylinder 2 held with the guide cylinder- attached mushroom receivers 203, 204 is released to fall in a state that the push bar 209 is inserted into the growth guide cylinder 2.
