PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skirt capable of being worn by persons having different waist sizes, and hardly being slid even if a vigorous movement is performed. SOLUTION: Plural belt loops 12 are formed at an interval on the inner face of the upper part of a skirt cloth 11 in the direction along the upper edge of the skirt cloth 11, and an elastic belt 13 is inserted into the belt loops 12 so as to be detachable. A connecting tool 14 for connecting the belt 13 so that the loop length of the belt 13 can be changed is attached to one terminal part of the belt 13. A pair of hook and loop fasteners 18, 19 to be connected by pushing one face to the other face is attached to mutually facing faces 17a, 17b of parts to be overlapped at the upper parts of the skirt cloth 11, respectively by sewing. As the result, the skirt cloth 11 can be tightly attached to the waist part of the body by the belt 13.
