A cooling fan of a linear motor is provided to simplify the construction and to increase a cooling efficiency by directly spraying a coolant onto an actuator without using a cooling piping. A cooling fan of a linear motor includes plural inlet pipes(11) for introducing a coolant, a heat exchange chamber(12) heat exchanging the coolant introduced from the inlet pipe and having an opened bottom surface, and an discharge pipe(13) discharging the coolant heat-exchanged in the heating exchange chamber. An actuator is directly contacted with the coolant through the opened bottom surface of the heat exchange chamber.
