In the case that the halting conditions are not satisfied (S30: NO), the massage that money used on the day reaches the amount of money of day's limit is displayed on a liquid crystal display (S31). In the case that the halting conditions are satisfied (S30: YES), a ball dispensing device 31 is instructed to inhibit the lending of pachinko balls (S32). In addition, the message that the dispensing of pachinko balls is inhibited is displayed on the liquid crystal display (S33).
