PURPOSE: A working liquid injection device for micro injecting device is provided to achieve an enhanced productivity, reduced production time, and simplified process while allowing a plurality of heating chambers to be injected with working liquid at a time thus eliminating the use of cartridges having individual tools for injecting working liquid. CONSTITUTION: A working liquid injection device comprises a vacuum chamber(400), an air supply/intake unit(406) for supplying interior of the vacuum chamber(400) with air or taking the air within the vacuum chamber(400) so as to control a vacuum condition in the vacuum chamber, a container(401) for containing the working liquid and which is disposed within the vacuum chamber(400), and a cartridge receptacle(402) to be dipped into the working liquid contained in the container(401) as being loaded with cartridges(200) having a plurality of micro injecting devices mounted thereon.
