PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the shock absorbing performance by including polypropylene and the like of more than a specific melt flow rate, further including an ethylene rubber component and a component compatible to the ethylene rubber component, and specifying a rate of these components. SOLUTION: A resin composition forming an energy absorber 3 is composed of a component A composed of polypropylene or propylene-ethylene block copolymer having above 16 (g/10 min.) of a melt flow rate, an ethylene rubber component B, and a component D compatible with the component B. A rate of the sum of propylene-ethylene copolymer part in the component A, the component B and the component D to the sum of the component A, the component B and the component D is within a range of 26-45 wt.%. A blending rate of the component D to the sum of the blending amounts of the component B and the component D is below 0.8. Whereby the high speed tensile breaking elongation can be improved, and the impact energy absorbing amount can be increased.
