PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic electronic part which is protected against delamination caused by inclusion of air bubbles to eliminate inner defects by a method wherein a ceramic green sheet specified in voids is used, and a prescribed number of ceramic green sheets are laminated and fixed together by pressing. SOLUTION: Inner electrodes 1 are arranged in a ceramic device 3 confronting each other through the intermediary of an ceramic layer 2, and the inner electrodes 1 are alternately led out to the different edge faces of the ceramic device 3 and electrically connected to outer electrodes 4a and 4b. At this point, a ceramic green sheet of voids about 30 to 50% is used. At each time when a prescribed number of the ceramic green sheets are laminated, the laminated ceramic green sheets are fixed together by pressing. In a laminating process, air bubbles introduced between the ceramic green sheets are discharged out through voids contained in the green sheets of high voids in a pressing process which is repeatedly carried out. By this setup, a laminated ceramic electronic part of this constitution can be protected against delamination.
