PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve temporal fidelity of a demodulated reproduction signal to a large extent after receiving a transmission signal by converting a transmission signal into a time series pulse train with a prescribed time pulse width at rising and falling of a time series pulse train of the transmitted signal, using the converted pulse train so as to amplitude-modulate a communication carrier wave or a subcarrier and employing the modulated signal for communication. SOLUTION: A signal conversion circuit 2 converts a time series pulse train of a transmitted signal into a signal of a time series pulse train with a prescribed time width corresponding to the rising and the falling of the signal. The converted signal is mixed with a carrier and the modulated carrier is sent from an antenna. When a transmission signal from the antenna or a reception signal from an antenna of a communication mobile body is demodulated amplituted-demodulated is executed. However, the signal is reproduced depending only on the leading pulse edge of the demodulated signal. The signal is reproduced only at the leading edge of the signal received by the antenna in this way to decrease a time delay at the falling of the demodulated signal from the transmission signal.
