发明名称 COMPLEX DEOXIDIZING METHOD OF MOLTEN METAL IN LADLE TO STABILIZE OXYGEN CONTENT IN MOLTEN METAL
摘要 PURPOSE: A complex deoxidizing method of molten metal in a ladle is provided to improve quality and continuous molding by meeting the oxygen content in molten metal to continuous molding condition in a bubbling process. CONSTITUTION: In a bubbling process, aluminum and ferrosilicon is added if the oxygen content of molten metal in a ladle is higher than the reference value of 80-120ppm. The ferrosilicon having low affinity for oxygen is injected first and the aluminum is injected after the bubbling process. The firm deoxidation is performed by the aluminum having high affinity for oxygen when injecting the ferrosilicon later. Thereby, a large amount of Al2O3 is generated and additional deoxidation is performed faintly even if the ferrosilicon is injected. Therefore, the ferrosilicon is injected first and then the aluminum to increase deoxidation efficiency.
