PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient control range while avoiding the horizontal displacement of a bed, for example, on the vertical vibration proof and height control of the bed in an ambulance car. SOLUTION: A vertical hydraulic cylinder device 11 has a cylinder 12 erected on a placing plate 20 and a piston rod 17 for interlocking the stay 19 of a bed 18 vertically. The oil chambers 14, 15 of the vertical hydraulic cylinder device 11 and the oil chambers 30, 31 of a horizontal hydraulic cylinder device 26 are communicated with each other and the expansion/contraction of both cylinder devices 11, 26 is interlocked. For the vertical vibration of the stay 19, the vertical hydraulic cylinder device 11 is extended/contracted by a linear actuator 44 for vibration control at the direction for denying the vertical vibration of the stay 19 through the horizontal hydraulic cylinder device 26. At the change time of the stay 19 height, by the servo-motor 36 for an attitude control, the vertical hydraulic cylinder device 11 interlocks the stay 19 to the desired height through the horizontal hydraulic cylinder device 26.
