A composition for the treatment, management or mitigation of cold, cold-like, allergy, sinus and/or flu symptoms by administering a safe and effective amount of a composition comprising caffeine and certain pyrrolidine and piperidine ether antihistaminic agents. The preferred pyrrolidine or piperidine ether antihistaminic agent is shown in the formula described. Wherein: R1 is a radical selected from H, halogen, C1-4alkyl or C1-4alkoxy; R2 is a radical selected from C1-4alkyl; m is an integer from 0-3; and n is and integer from 1-2. The composition further comprises of propionic acid derivative selected from ibuprofen, naproxen, benoxaprofen, flurbiprofen, ketoprofen, fenoprofen, miroprofen, tioxaprofen, suprofen, alminoprofen and tiaprofen.
