PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device where mistake of confusing a setting state can surely be prevented in the case that the photographing is executed by using a mirror while a setting state of inverting a photographed image or a conventional setting is alternately selected. SOLUTION: In a photographing system 1 provided with an angle sensor 403b detecting an angle of a digital camera 20 and with an angle sensor 407b detecting an angle of a hood 402, in the case that each section of a photographing device 40 is moved, an angle detected by the angle sensor 403b and the angle detected by the angle sensor 407b are referred to so as to discriminate whether or not an image of an upper side of an object reflected in a mirror 409 by the digital camera 20, and when it is discriminated that the image of the upper face of the object is photographed, an inverted image inverting top and down of a monitor image, a 'mirror surface inversion' display box (105i) are displayed on a monitor screen (105a) of a display device 12.
