PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently market and display a necktie by printing an insurance policy on a bottom mount, and fitting a plastic-formed cover with its sliding side surface thereto in a covering manner. SOLUTION: A bottom mount 1 is formed, in which a hanging hole 3 is provided in an upper part of a mount formed by double-folding a rectangular paper, and an insurance policy and a commodity explanation are printed on a face side and a back side of a lower part except the hole. For the purpose of the display and sales, a necktie is double-folded on the mount 1, a plastic- formed cover 2 slides and cover the necktie, and displayed in a hanging manner using the hanging hole in the upper part. When the necktie is used after being purchased, the plastic-formed cover 2 is detached, the double-folded necktie is taken out for use, and the bottom mount 1 can be used as the insurance policy as it is.
