PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of cooling capacity in each mode, by providing a heater core outlet side damper operated to open/close while associating with the action of a sliding air-mix door in the downstream of a heater core. SOLUTION: This device 1 is arranged in a ventilation path 2 an evaporator 3 and a heater core 4 in this order from the upstream in a ventilation direction. A sliding air-mix door 5 with ratio of air amount adjustable of air passing the heater core 4 after passing the evaporator 3 to air bypassing the heater core is provided between the evaporator 3 and the heater core 4. Air is blown out into a car room from a blow port selected in accordance with each mode. Further, a heater core outlet side damper 7 opening/closing an outlet side flow path 6 of the heater core associated with action of the air-mix door 5 is provided in the downstream of the heater core 4. In this way, deterioration of cooling capacity at COOLMAX mode time can be prevented, a blow out temperature at AIRMIX mode time can be finely adjusted and so on.
