PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate humidity and a malodor and to reduce tiredness by introducing and jetting fresh air to the inside of a shoe at any time through the use of the variation of pressure applied to the bottom surface of the shoe. SOLUTION: The shoe is provided with an inlet 1 at the upper part of it and an air passage 2, an air chamber 3 and a blowing port 4 inside of it to circulate fresh air through the passage inside the shoe. At the time of stepping first, the pressure of the bottom surface of the shoe is applied to a heel part to close the passage 2 at a rear part. With moving forward of one's weight, the chamber 3 is pressed and air is blown out from the blowing port 4 at a front part. To the contrary, when a foot exists in rear, weight is applied to a toe to close the passage 2 on the front side. Since weight is no longer applied to the chamber 3, it returns to its original shape. At the time, fresh air is introduced from the inlet 1 and stored in the chamber 3. Fresh air is circulated inside of the shoes any time by repeating this process. A person swearing these shoes can be refreshed unconsciously in this way.
