COLD-SETTING POLYURETHANE RESIN PAVING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paving material which can give a good coating film made proof against residual tack without fail on the day after being laid so as to prevent e.g. the deposition of foreign matter thereon by using a curing agent containing a polyol containing a specified amount of a poly(oxypropylene) tetraol having a specified molecular weight. SOLUTION: Used is a curing agent being one comprising a base containing an isocyanato-terminated urethane prepolymer being the reaction product of tolylene diisocyanate with a polyol and an active hydrogen compound comprising at least either the dehydration condensate of o-chloroaniline and aniline with formaldehyde or 4,4methylenebis(2-chloroaniline) and a polyol, wherein the polyol contains poly(oxypropylene)tetraol having an average molecular weight of 500-600 and used in such an amount that the ratio of the number of the hydroxyl groups originated from the tetraol to the total number of the hydroxyl groups of the polyol is at most 50%.
