PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate chamfering work, and to prevent the twisting and twine of a cable cord from occurring, and besides, there is no need to tilt a device body after rotation. SOLUTION: A device body 1 is provided with an electric motor 3 turning a rotational drive shaft 4, and a fixed supporter 7 rotatably supporting movable supporter 13 as centering on a turning center line 4a of the rotational drive shaft 4, while the fixed supporter 7 is attached to the electric motor 3. A chamfering tooth body 5 is detachably attached to the rotational drive shaft 4, and a supporting guide body 6 is supported on the chamfering tooth body 5. Both inner-outer movable guide bodies 14 and 15 are supported on the movable supporter 13. A positioning part 16 capable of setting up a reference turning position P of the movable supporter 13 to the fixed supporter 7 is installed therein. In chamfering work, since both the inner-outer movable guide bodies 14 and 15 are rotated together with the movable supporter 13 as centering on the turning center line 4a of the rotational drive shaft 4 to the fixed supporter 7, the device body 1 is holdable in a state that the positioning part 16 is always turned nearly upward.
