PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability by providing an inner pipe in which a lock bolt can be fitted internally and a storage chamber formed so as to store liquidlike object on the outer side of the inner pipe, forming an opening part introducing the liquidlike object into the storage chamber, and forming a thin hole capable of discharging the liquidlike object stored on a peripheral wall of the storage chamber. SOLUTION: A lock bolt 7 is inserted into an opening part 2b of an inner pipe 2 and is inserted into a hole 9 drilled on a soft rock bed 8. Low density non-foamed polyurethane stock solution component in a storage chamber 4 is discharged through thin holes 2a, 3a on a peripheral wall of the storage chamber 4. Foaming polyurethane is foamed when it is discharged through the thin holes 2a, 3a, and polyurethane discharged from an outer pipe 3 in the storage chamber 4 is changed to polyurethane foam having high density at the time of discharge and adheres to a peripheral wall of the drilled hole 9 closely and firmly. Polyurethane discharged from the inner pipe 2 in the storage chamber 4 is formed at the time of discharge, is changed to polyurethane having high density, and adheres to a screw part of an outer peripheral face of the lock bolt 7 closely and firmly, thereby improving the workability greatly.
