PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution without using expensive cement and forms. SOLUTION: An anchor locking groove for a lining sheet 2 is formed on one of parallel sides of a U-shaped fitting tool 3, and a bolt hole 5 is bored on the other side of the fitting tool 3. The fitting tool 3 is fixed to a concrete face 4a via the bolt hole 5, the anchor 1 of the lining sheet 2 is inserted into the locking groove of the fitting tool 3, thereby the lining sheet 2 is fitted to the concrete face 4a.
