PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation of the wear out of an O-ring by forming a clicking mechanism for fixing the advance and withdrawal of a slide cylinder, so that a first O-ring engages with an engagement groove when a needlepoint projects from a sheath tip and a second O-ring engages with the engagement groove, when the needlepoint is housed in the sheath. SOLUTION: A flexible needle shaft 3, to the end of which a needle 3a is connected is inserted into a sheath 1 that is inserted into and removed from the treatment device insertion channel of an endoscope, and a slide cylinder 4 connected to the base of the needle shaft 3 is fitted capable of advancing and withdrawing into a cylindrical body 2. When the slide cylinder 4 is pushed in until it butts against the connecting cylinder 2a and a needlepoint 3a projects, the first O-ring 11 engages with an engagement groove 21, and provides an appropriate sensation of clicking, where as when the slide cylinder 4 is pulled toward an operator holding the cylindrical body 2, the engagement of the first O-ring 11 with the engagement groove 21 is released, and the second O-ring 12 instead is engaged with the engagement groove 21, so as to similarly provide clicking sensation. |
