PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient toilet and an excrement removal bag attachable/ detachable to/from the toilet whereby a patient himself/herself can use the toilet while lying down on a bed as in a hospital, and can do the clean up himself/herself after the use, the removal of the excrement of the patient is also facilitated, and the mental hygiene of the patient is, therefore, taken into consideration. SOLUTION: In a patient toilet, a toilet main body 1, made of a durable material and having a height greater than the width of the back of a hand, is provided, a hole is made in the center of the main body 1 and at a position lower than the top periphery 3 of the toilet main body 1, and a turned-up portion 4 is formed around the hole. Also, in the side of the toilet main body 1, one or more through-holes 5 are made. An excrement removal bag 6, which is made stretchable in its mouth edge portion by an elastic material, is provided with a closing cord inserted into a portion near the mouth edge and is made of a water-resistant material, is locked to the turned portion of the toilet.
