PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life-saving device previously preventing an accident, in the case that an unskilled swimmer in the water falls into a state of emergency. SOLUTION: An air sac 1 in a condition not inflated is mounted in the body (for example, arm) of an unskilled swimmer, a valve 3 of a gas cylinder 2 housed in the air sac 1 is operated to feed gas into the air sac 1 so as to inflate it with buoyancy obtained in a short time, in case of falling into the situation of emergency.
