Consequently, when the arithmetic value f (G) exceeds the threshold T, a starting signal A is outputted. On the other hand, a satellite sensor 30 outputs ON signal when a deceleration of a prescribed reference value or more is added to the vehicle, for example, and a threshold change pattern selection part 42 changes the change pattern of threshold to speed to another change pattern according to this ON signal.
