PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a bulky powder in a high weight by setting a powder feed port in the head part of tank, and inclining the tank in loading. SOLUTION: This powder carrying tank truck is for a powder having a small bulk density such as white carbon or fumed silica, or a powder having a bulk density measured according to JIS K62200 of 0.07-0.3 g/ml. This truck is provided with an exhaust port with Tetron canvas-made filter 3 and a powder feed port 2 on the head of a tank and a gas passage 6 on the floor surface of the tank, and a canvas is laid thereon. A discharge port 5 has a hopper on the tail lower end, and it is opened and closed by a butterfly valve. When a powder is loaded on the tank truck, the head part of the tank truck is lifted up to incline the tank, and the powder is fed through the feed port 2 of the head part.
