PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide elastic, heat-resistant granular gel mainly comprising curdlan and also to provide a method for producing the same gel. SOLUTION: This elastic, heat-resistant granular gel is prepared by adding 0.05-0.5 wt.% paste selected from a group consisting of alginic acid, sodium alginate, propylene glycol alginate, Azotobacter vinelandii gum and pectin to an aqueous dispersion liquid including 3 wt.% curdlan to dissolve them and by dripping the aqueous dispersion liquid in hot water including cations. |
